2 March 2021
We had a blast!!
In March 2021 we celebrated legends in a legendary location and venue.
The legendary Green Man, an ancient divinity that facilitated rebirth and new growth cycles, invited guests to join VIPs, judges and legendary nominees for a celebration and the announcements of the winners of two national tourism Awards programs - the 2020 Australian Street Art Awards and the 2020 Grey Nomad Awards.
2020 was a year where challenges meant that achievements shone even brighter. In recognition of this truth, we have introduced two new awards for every category. Finalists had three chances of winning in their category with Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards, in addition to the Best of the Best for the Gold winner who impressed the judges above and beyond all others.
This celebratory event included:
Announcement of Gold, Silver and Bronze winners in all categories

Networking and connection opportunities.
Venue: Imperial Hotel, Eumundi, Sunshine Coast, QLD

EUMUNDI, SUNSHINE COAST'S HERITAGE GEM
Eumundi is a refreshingly lush and hilly inland town - a beautiful blend of a quintessential Queensland historic village and a modern and vibrant arts community all centred around the famous Eumundi Markets.
The historic Imperial Hotel, our Awards dinner home, is affectionately referred to as Brewmundi thanks to the famous crafted beer made onsite at the Eumundi Brewery.
Wander the Eumundi Markets, straight across from the Awards venue, the morning after the Awards night from 8am through to 2pm, with artesan 'make it, bake it, craft it' stalls. Meet the talented hands behind handcrafted furniture, homewares, artworks, ceramics, cutting-edge fashion and jewellery, and chat to the farmers and bakers selling fresh produce and gourmet delights.
In a town known for its colourful, quirky ways and artisan delights, street art has also found its place. The Eumundi Street Art Trail map shows you the location of all 13 artworks that light up the village, some of which are are at The Imperial Hotel and the Markets. Eumundi is only a tiny town, so you'll have no trouble finding the nooks, lanes and walls adorned by these pieces!
Eumundi's charm is bolstered in these COVID times by clean, safe Bed and Breakfasts that offer quaint, elegant or luxurious accommodation where warm country hospitality abounds. The Experience Eumundi site showcases 15 such B&Bs. See which will suit you best by clicking here. There are also many others on AirBnB and Booking.com.
